Head first into Lockstep 1!
Finally done with IMS and beginning the 1st Lockstep of the MBA program! It has definitely been an adjustment, but I think I’m getting into the swing of things. Lockstep 1 will probably be my hardest semester, so I am assuring myself with the fact that things will get better from here.
Right now the Healthcare program is preparing for the ACHE Conference in Chicago over Spring Break. I’m really excited about it! Not only do I actually have something to do over Spring Break – I usually don’t – but I think that I’ll make a lot of contacts at the conference.
I feel that I am changing a lot with every semester that I am here. I took my first lead on our group project for Organizational Behavior. Being the leader is often something I’ve avoided, so I’m happy that I finally took the initiative. The first couple of weeks have gone well. Hopefully the rest of the semester will be the same!
