Baylor’s Alumni 150

For the past couple of years, each issue of the Baylor Line has profiled several notable alumni, ranging from Governor Ann Richards, to Word Inc. founder Jarrell McCracken, to author Thomas Harris.

Equally interesting are the profiles on alumni you might never have heard of — people like Bess Whitehead Scott, a pioneer for women in journalism, and Frank Newport, editor in chief of the Gallup Poll. It’s amazing to learn about the accomplishments of other “relatives” of our same Baylor family!
